If approved by Hexagon’s shareholders, the spin-off is expected to be completed with an effective date of May 22, 2026, with the first day of trading of Octave SDRs on the Nasdaq Stockholm expected on May 25, 2026, and the first day of trading of Octave class B shares on the Nasdaq Stock Market in New York expected on May 28, 2026.
