Schörling has a slim organization where the Management Trainee plays a key role. The Management Trainee supports the CEO and Board of Directors of the company in their activites and has several own areas of responsibility for a little more than two years. After the time at Schörling, the ambition for the Management Trainee is to continue develop within one of the holding companies, preferably at an international location.
The position for Schörling's Management Trainee no. 8 has already been filled. Next application period will begin in the autumn of 2021.
