The purpose of the position is to support the CEO and board of directors in the daily activities for a little more than two years. The role is ever changing, inspiring and demanding. Schörling is a small organization where the trainee has a central role. The tasks include strategic discussions regarding the holding companies, preparation of board material and participation in board meetings, company analysis and valuation, corporate law, prepare financial reports, IT and much more. As a trainee at Schörling, you will face financial and strategical problems. You will learn about business development by some of the most successful individuals in the corporate sector in the world. In the coming years two trainees will work in parallel. This means that you as a newcomer will be responsible for more recurring tasks during your first year and developunder the leadership of the senior trainee, a role that you then will take over. After your time at Schörling, the ambition is that you will continue your development in one of the holding companies, preferable at an international location.

The applicant is highly interested in Swedish and International business. The applicant has high ambitions, a strong analytical mindset, high work capacity and integrity and a long term goal of reaching a leading position in a multi national corporation. You have full understanding of the relationship between the income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement. You have experience from the basic valuation methods and principles. The applicant is close to graduation or have just graduated from a business and economics and/or civil engineering education. International experience, qualified work experience, entrepreneurship and other merits outside of studies are favored. Fluency in Swedish and English is a requirement.
