NIBE Industrier has appointed Terese Leire as General Counsel and member of the Group Management. Terese Leire will take up her new role on 9 June 2025.
Terese most recently came from the role of Counsel at Delphi law firm in Malmö, Sweden, where she since 2017, in her capacity as a lawyer, has assisted NIBE Group in various legal matters including corporate acquisitions, commercial agreements, corporate law, etc.

Many of us within the group, both in Sweden and internationally, know Terese well from our many years with Delphi. In the role of our General Counsel, Terese will be able to further contribute to strengthening our work focusing on acquisitions and commercial agreements throughout the entire group, concludes Gerteric Lindquist.
Terese Leire graduated with a Swedish Master of Laws (LL.M) from Lund University in 2008 and has, apart from a clerkship break, worked with business law at various firms throughout her professional career.
