We at Hexagon AB are deeply saddened by the passing of Melker Schörling. Melker not only leaves behind an enduring legacy through his business endeavours but he was also a person who had an impact on all of us who had the pleasure of working with him. Ola Rollén, Chairman of the Board of Hexagon AB: “Melker acquired the controlling stake in Hexagon in 1998 and became Chairman in 1999. I first met Melker in 2000, my strongest memory from that first meeting was when he said: “I invest in people, a good person will make a good business.”He taught me high standards and empathy in business.
