Election of Board of Directors and auditor The AGM re-elected the Directors Gun Nilsson, Sofia Schörling Högberg, Märta Schörling Andreen, Erik Huggers, Annika Falkengren, Ralph Haupter, Björn Rosengren and Tomas Eliasson as ordinary board members. Ola Rollén had declined re-election. Björn Rosengren was elected Chairman of the Board.
