Regarding the incorrect information about Melker Schörling AB's ("Schörling") transactions in our portfolio companies, that have circulated in media, we make the following clarification.

In March 2019, we made a marginal divestment of shares in all our portfolio companies; AAK 1.8 million shares, ASSA ABLOY 3.6 million B-shares, Hexagon 3.7 million B-shares, HEXPOL 3.2 million B-shares and Securitas 1.7 million B-shares.

In February 2020, we made a marginal divestment of 2 million B-shares in Hexagon.

Between March 13, 2020 and March 18, 2020, we acquired 0.7 million B-shares in Hexagon, 1.4 million B-shares in HEXPOL and 1.4 million B-shares in Securitas.

We have not made any other transactions in listed companies since March 2019 than what is stated above.

Schörling's main purpose is to be an active and long-term owner in our portfolio companies. We keep that perspective in all our decisions. We have during a long period of time built a financial position that enable us to be a steady long-term owner in our portfolio companies.
