Between November and December 2021 MärtaSchörling Andreen and Sofia Schörling Högberg made divestments of8 124 861 B-shares each.

Regarding the information about Schörling family´s transactions in Nibe, that have circulated in media, we make the following clarification.

Between June and July 2021 Märta Schörling Andreen and Sofia Schörling Högberg made divestments of 11 000 000 B-shares each.

Between November and December 2021 Märta Schörling Andreen and Sofia Schörling Högberg made divestments of 8 124 861 B-shares each.

As a result, the individual voting rights and share capital decreased by approximately 0,5% and 1% respectively.

Märta Schörling Andreen and Sofia Schörling Högberg today holds approximately 32 million Nibe B-shares and 34 million Nibe A-shares each.

Schörling´s main purpose is to be an active and long-term owner. We keep that perspective in all our decisions. We have during a long period of time built a financial position that enable us to be a steady long-term owner in our portfolio companies.
