Hexagon's CEO sells shares — remains committed CEO and shareholder

Hexagon's President and CEO, Ola Rollén, has on 5 and 8 November 2021 sold a total of 1,506,225 shares in Hexagon AB. During 2020 and 2021, Ola Rollén obtained 318,195 share-based performance awards as part of two long-term incentive programmes with vesting periods of 2020/2023 and 2021/2024. Ola Rollén remains a committed CEO and shareholder in Hexagon, owning 502,075 shares and 318,195 share-based performance awards, corresponding to a total of approximately 117.2 MSEK based on the closing price on 9 November. Following the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Unitree Technologies, Hexagon expects to record a gain in its third quarter results on the revaluation of its shareholding, which represents 1.198% of the Unitree’s issued share capital. The gain will be calculated on the closing share price on 30 September 2026. Based on today's closing price, the gain would be approximately €500m.
