Hexagon AB’s Nomination Committee proposes the election of Tomas Eliasson as a new member of the Board of Directors

Hexagon AB’s Nomination Committee proposes the election of Tomas Eliasson as a new independent member of Hexagon’s Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 5 May 2025. It also announces that John Brandon has informed the Nomination Committee that he will be unavailable for re-election to Hexagon’s Board of Directors in 2025. Tomas Eliasson brings extensive expertise in finance and accounting, having previously served as CFO of Seco Tools, Assa Abloy, Electrolux and most recently Sandvik. Tomas Eliasson has a B.Sc in Business Administration and Economics from Uppsala
