Change in the number of shares and votes in Hexagon AB

During May, the number of shares and votes in Hexagon AB (publ) has increased as a result of the share split (7:1) resolved upon by the Annual General Meeting in Hexagon held on 29 April 2021. As per 31 May 2021, the total number of shares in the company is 2,572,855,614 of which 110,250,000 are shares of Series A with ten votes each and 2,462,605,614 are shares of Series B with one vote each. Following the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Unitree Technologies, Hexagon expects to record a gain in its third quarter results on the revaluation of its shareholding, which represents 1.198% of the Unitree’s issued share capital. The gain will be calculated on the closing share price on 30 September 2026. Based on today's closing price, the gain would be approximately €500m.
