Change in HEXPOL’s Group Management

Tracy Garrison, President HEXPOL Compounding Americas and HEXPOL TP Compounding, has decided to leave the company for a position outside the HEXPOL Group. Tracy Garrison will leave end of December 2019 and thereafter CEO Mikael Fryklund will be acting President HEXPOL Compounding Americas and HEXPOL TP Compounding until a successor has been appointed. “Tracy Garrison has been instrumental in our successful growth strategy to considerably expand the Rubber Compounding business in Americas. Election of Board of Directors and auditor The AGM re-elected the Directors Gun Nilsson, Sofia Schörling Högberg, Märta Schörling Andreen, Erik Huggers, Annika Falkengren, Ralph Haupter, Björn Rosengren and Tomas Eliasson as ordinary board members.
