The price for the 6,000 shares sold to Johan Westman on September 22, 2025, amounted to SEK 224.00 per share, corresponding to the average closing price of Absolent’s share on Nasdaq First North Growth Market on September 18, 2025, and September 19, 2025. The price for the 6,500 shares sold to Peter Unelind on September 29, 2025, amounted to SEK 261.50 per share, corresponding to the average closing price of Absolent’s share on Nasdaq First North Growth Market on September 25, 2025, and September 26, 2025.
