At the Annual General Meeting in Hexagon AB (publ) today, the following was resolved. Election of Board of Directors and auditor The AGM re-elected the Directors Ola Rollén, Gun Nilsson, Sofia Schörling Högberg, Märta Schörling Andreen, Erik Huggers Annika Falkengren and Ralph Haupter and elected Björn Rosengren and Tomas Eliasson as ordinary board members. John Brandon and Brett Watson have declined re-election. Ola Rollén was re-elected Chairman of the Board and Björn Rosengren was elected Deputy Chairman of the Board. Securitas divests Global Elite Group in the US

As of March 31, Securitas has divested Global Elite Group, part of its US airport security business, to an affiliate of H.I.G. Capital, LLC. In 2025, the business generated approximately MUSD 100 (BSEK 1) in sales. Global Elite Group is a US-based provider of aviation security services to airports, airlines and airport-related companies, employing around 1 800 people. “We are pleased to have completed this divestment to H.I.G.
